About us:

       >  Our Women on Mission group consists of 20-25 women who enjoy
           learning about Missions in the U.S. and overseas and are eager to find 
           ways to serve our Lord.  

       >  We consistently seek and participate in community mission programs:
        
Community Service Mission Projects:
Woodbury Wellness Nursing Home Ministry
  Angel Tree - Christmas for Kids
  Lifeline Pregnancy Center's 'Adopt A Bottle' Fundraiser
  Fruit Baskets - Thanksgiving / Christmas
We participate in: Women's Prison Ministry
  MVP Cards - Food Lion
 
Baptist Children's Home - Food Drive, etc. 
 

       >  We have a yearly Yard Sale for Missions and other WOM Projects

       >  Enjoy being part of the Spot Festival in the Fall (proceeds go to the 
           Fire Dept. and area schools)  
                     
         >  We set our church goals for the Easter Annie Armstrong Offering 
           (Home Missions) and the Christmas Lottie Moon offering (International 
           Missions).
 
 
All ideas are welcomed and we encourage any who may have a heart for missions to come and add your voice to our discussions.
 
 Yearly, in December, we enjoy the fellowship of a Christmas Party at one of our favorite restaurants (or maybe our fellowship hall) and sing, exchange ornaments, have games, laugh, eat and ruminate over past year challenges and triumphs in Women on Mission. <Thank you, Lord, for close Christian friends!>
 

 
Once a month we enjoy our 'LADIES NIGHT OUT' and go to area restaurants to enjoy local cuisine and each other's company outside of structured church meetings. They are a blessing!
